     Patentability/Novelty searches

     Infringement/Right-to-Use/Clearance searches

     Validity/Prior art searches

     Accelerated Examination searches

     Assignment searches

Opinions

Additionally, upon request, we can provide written opinions from a registered patent attorney about the patentability of  an invention, the right-to-use a certain product or method, and/or the validity of an issued U.S. patent.  Although these opinions are useful in determining the future actions of your business, these opinions are not binding against the U.S. Patent Office nor are they binding in a court of law.  However, the opinions may be used to mitigate damages should a law suit arise, assist in designing around a protected technology, or provide a risk assessment of a certain field of invention.
